Yard and Logistics Coordinator

Position: Yard Management
Wage: $18.65
Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (Overtime may be required; weekend work may occur 2–3 times a month)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that cargo trucks arrive according to schedule and meet delivery requirements.
• Review and understand Proof of Delivery (POD) or Bill of Lading (BOL) documents.
• Verify the actual cargo against documentation and promptly report any discrepancies to management.
• Sign drivers in and out on their PODs and BOLs.
• Update the truck’s arrival and completion times in real-time on the internal system.
• Manage yard space efficiently, as parking and truck entry space is limited.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and occasionally drive a 1-ton pickup truck when required.
