Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Gundrill Operator to join a reputable manufacturing company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate precision equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Gundrill Operator will be responsible for performing high-precision drilling operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Gundrill machines to drill precise holes in various materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate drilling.
• Adjust machine settings based on workpiece requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Inspect drilled parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Complete necessary documentation for production and inventory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and perform tasks both independently and with supervision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Gundrill machines or similar precision equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Gundrill machine operations, setup, and adjustments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, performing adjustments, and ensuring machine efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining quality and precision in all work produced.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols and the ability to consistently follow safety procedures.
• Must be willing and able to travel overseas for training and development opportunities.
